So I used d2 checklist and like half of my weapons are labeled “bad” for pve and pvp so I’m wondering if having bad rolls actually matter that much?

There are certain rolls that do impact your PVE and PVE expierence.

Explosive light, bait and switch, reconstruction, just to name a few impactful PVE ones.

These ones (there are lots) can change the course of a raid.

The meta changes all the time, and in reality... most people don't run "god" roll items.

There are certains perks whch are heavily advised and well a lot of people farm for them.

Cataylst can give "rolls" like witherhoard gets auto reloading when it gets its cataylst
