when I hover on the lost sector its says I can only get enhancment cores

not even exotic

it's says the only possible reward I can get it's cores

if you are talking about legend lost sector, same it shows only the enhancement thing for me

either you're really unlucky or it is bugged, from the sounds of it it's most likely the latter

since it's not even showing exotics as a possible reward, probably just don't do them until bungo fixes

the exotic drop rate in Legend lost sectors is 1/4

if you don’t get an exotic after a couple runs it doesn’t mean it’s bugged (you could even go like 10 dry and that wouldn’t be unbelievable)

the one with the flag that you can hover over and see rewards with info on the sector.

Legend difficulty has a drop chance of 1/4, Master difficulty has a drop chance of 1/3
