So i was thinking of buying the may humble bundle to get Beyond Light, but i already have witch queen on Epic Games Store, will you able to play on either platform and have both dlc's on?

No, dlcs are locked to the platform you buy them on. However, you can use the gear you acquire from witch queen on the other platform and vice versa
So any exotics or legendary weapons or armor you get can be used once you acquire them.
The stasis subclass however will only be useable on the platform that owns beyond light
The only content that is cross platform is the season pass and dungeon keys. Everything else is exclusive to the platform you buy it on
This is due to Microsoft, PlayStation, steam, and epic’s own terms of service.
