Just farm for deep engrams and focus them till you get red borders

#

For me atleast they are fairly quick to drop on random focusing

Plus if you have the upgrade you get a guaranteed red border once a week

The first encounter last wish farm was VERY good, you get last wish, defiant, and deep engrams for red borders

so when its back in rotation I would do that again
