#I have 2 bugs, any fixes?

1st bug: I'm trying to finish a weekly vendor challenge, to complete it I need to speak with Hawthorne, but when I speak to her nothing happens?

2nd bug: I'm trying to level up my guardian rank to 4, to do so I have to complete the "Learning Light" quest by continuing the quest in the cosmodrome, but when I visit the cosmodrome I can't find anything about the quest?

2nd - talk to shawn han and then track the quest to get the waypoint over by the cliffs

1st - I believe you need to be in a clan? not sure. Lately clans have been buggy and it affected people being able to claim that weekly challenge
