Blade Barrage is most useful for countering other people's supers like titan bubble or well or radiance, but the 6-shot golden gun is also super powerful since it's a 1-shot kill if you can hit the flick
Blade Barrage can be inconsistent at times for killing people (especially multiple if they're not perfectly grouped up) but it's definitely great against other supers as mentioned
