My friend just started playing again since forsaken and created a warlock. He has completed "A Guradian Rises" and is on Step 4 of "Learning Light" and now does not know what to do.

Can only access the void subclass, arc and solar are locked. Inventory tells him to speak with Ikora to unlock them

When I returned from shadowkeep, I had to buy a lot of fragments and aspects.

Yeah but he doesnt even have to ability to access the Solar or Arc subclasses on Ikora at all, no option to buy anything
