Website for powerlevel tracking?

Is there any way to track my progress to max power ?
And btw I havent played since before Witch Queen release did anything change about power levels on multiple chars ?

only thing that might have changed is it's no longer based on what is on the character only but also what is on other characters, vault, postmaster, etc
