I just bought exit strategy from the monument of lost light or what whatever its called and i cant infuse wepons in it. It says that item is at current power cap.

Most of the legendary weapons from that side of the kiosk were sunset, so they cannot be infused up to the current power cap.
The weapons can still be used in content without a power cap, like old dungeons and raids. But otherwise they are more novelty weapons than guns I would suggest buying
Off the top of my head, only felwinter’s lie and point of the stag from that section are the only weapons that can be infused up to current power level activities
