i'm doing it on titan. atm as far as dps weapons go i have cloudstrike and thunderlord w catalyst, a decent hothead roll, lament, leviathan's breath + catalyst

I would suggest the hothead as a first choice, followed by thunderlord if those are the options you have available right now and are comfortable with. the boss has a much smaller crit spot and

can be staggered somewhat frequently to you have to be very precise to get good mileage out of precision weapons.

lament could be an interesting choice with the newly reworked/bugged exotic stronghold gauntlets, but rockets is probably still safer and better.

my best roll rn is explosive light, auto load holster, black powder and smart drift control. would that be better/as good as thunderlord? would that + witherhoard do more do you think? i have the witherhoard catalyst too

Leviathan’s Breath is able to keep the boss still due to the high stagger it does, just don’t miss the headshot due to archer’s. Sleeper is also another good choice because of how consistent the damage is, if you have it lying around

i have it but the catalyst isn't unlocked yet cuz i'm lazy lmao but i also have grand overture w/o catalyst unlocked too

Overture is highly inconsistent due to the wyvern moving. Definitely try and get levis catty done, it’s well worth the effort.

i actually do have the catalyst for that one, do you think i'd be better off with that? a void build would probably be easier to survive with than my arc one anyway

If you are on titan, definitely try doing solar if you’re having issues with survivability. Levi’s breath is very good for that fight, so if you got it, give it a shot.

i thought it was ghosts dungeon LOL oh no. Definitely use sleeper, levy or rockets still. Solar is king of survivability for titan in most content/

my advice still stands though! levi can still stagger the wyvern a lot, sleeper is very good and overture is ok just inconsistent.

that stagger is nice, but you're so far away from the boss already it should be a non-issue

how much dps should i ideally be using?

per phase? and how much hp does the boss have?

I would guess maybe 5 phases at the quickest, 8 phases at the most? When I did my run I had the bonus damage from well of radiance and did it in 3-4 phases.

Make sure to use your super too if you run out of ammo since the boss takes more super damage.

To get to damage phase, it doesn’t take too long so don’t worry as much about that. Spend time building up heavy ammo as there’s no wipe condition from time
