Frenzy Activates at 12s.
There was a mechanic that when Frenzy parid with Perfect Float, the activation trigger for both is 6s. Does that still work?

was fixed in the January 23, 2023 hotfix notes. whether that was changed or it became a bug again, I can't tell you.
