Hi, i've just started the game but i can't really gather many friends to do raids so i'm just asking is there any way to obtain these high stats legendary armor or class armor while solo?

Other than what kriddur said with focusing, pit of heresy (dungeon) last boss. Once it comes around there will be many farms and it's super easy + quick, so you won't have an issue finding a group
I'm not sure if someone explained ghost mods to you but usually (unless you want to focus something specific like strength) discipline armorer is the way to go for most subclasses

It's not guaranteed "one high spike in top 3", but yea. Discipline is most common way to focus gear.

I worded it wrong, but I think I got the idea across. 70%-80% of the time you will have high spikes with pit of heresy and focusing armor (in the opposite stats)
