I bought destiny 2 DLC's in epic games and I used cross save to transfer my steam account all DLC's are working fine but for some reason it says that I don't have the season pass.

Weird, you should need to rebuy all dlcs they shouldn't work

yeah, that sounds really strange. It should work the other way around where your season pass is the only thing that can be shared between platforms.
