I got a fix for ya

#

Go to this folder location C:\Users%username%\AppData\Local\Temp and find the Destiny 2 folder and rename it to something else, Example: Destiny 2 Game. Then you will be good

Got the same issue today, easy fix.

Go to your %appdata% temp folder and rename the destiny 2 folder to something else
