The annual pass is in the deluxe upgrade. Should come with the full year of seasons, and the dungeon key at the very least. Some minor in-game currencies too

But I am not able to purschae the deluxe upgrade? I do not see it on the DLC or in the purschaables

On Steam it is labeled as "Destiny 2: Lightfall + Annual Pass Upgrade," which is confusing since it doesn't actually include the expansion. I don't know how it is worded for other platforms.
