I recently acquired all the red borders for Apex Predator, and I'm looking for some help with the 3rd and 4th column perks. Either [Reconstruction + Bipod] or [Reconstruction + Explosive Light]. Which is better?

Bipod gives you a 40% damage penalty, so probably not that

Explosive light is good, but consider bait and switch, it's easy to activate and is a 10 second 35% damage boost

Either Reconstruction with Explosive Light or Bait and Switch, just depends on your preference
