Probably Pit of Heresy imo. There are some tough parts if you're green but nothing tooo hard.
Prophecy isn't too bad either but some of the arenas are small and can be harder
Same for Shattered throne, easy mechanics but boss fight in particular is tight, requires coordination, and not much cover
they are all fun though, my recommendation is pick one, watch videos, then try it with friends or a sherpa #find-a-sherpa and see how you do
