can we get catalyst with exotic from collection once we delete the weapon?

i have this unresolved question,
if i delete a catalyst installed weapon and i get it back from collection can i get its catalyst too and install it or i have to farm it ?

you will always have the catalyst unlocked once you get it. you may need to apply it to the weapon again, but you won't have to farm the kills or anything
