Rampage/Kill clip?

Whats so good about Rampage and Kill clip? Is this even good in difficult content?

Rampage is def very good in end game content BUT maybe not in gm or encounters where there are few ads or the ads are very tanky to defeat.
Kill clip is eh and can only really think of it as niche, but there are better perks out there

For gms, imo perks that require kills are not that great

I personally go for frenzy or one for all in gms

^ This, ones that benefit from DAMAGE and not kills are super nice for difficult endgame stuff

Then transfiguration with that perk combo is kinda mid overall
