I farmed the new engrams for hours and hours and exchanged about 100 engrams into the armor ( 1 engram for any armor ) and dont have tripple 100 for anything.

if you aren't already, use a site like DIM or d2armorpicker. d2armorpicker especially has been great for me when finding the best way to apply stat mods and fragments to give me the tiers I want
