Do I need to have the Vexcalibur equipped(use it) to get the level bonus and the Intrinsic parts from the Legend Avalon mission or just have to have it in the inventory?

You will need it equipped, not sure if it gives bonus progress through kills but I usually equip it at the end. You need it in your energy slot

Not sure what you mean by intrinsics. You’ll also need it equipped to go through the walls and shoot the triangle codes
