I type /join (bungie name) for a fireteam I want, but it echos that to the screen. What am I doing wrong?

are you typing in discord? you have to copy n paste into yr in game chat text box

Yes! I'm on an xbox so typing will be super slow. I think I can do this in the app. Will try that. Thanks for the response!

if not attach a cheap keyboard to xbox. yes if not fast they fill quick
