My previous post got deleted. I'm a void hunter. Stuck on Akelous. I'm not a fan of trace rifles. Not sure what else to use.

Smg is good if you don’t like trace rifles

Especially lightweight 900s due to their good reload

Thanks. I'm only doing about 2-3 letters worth of his name each damage phase, people saying are no longer than 4 phase but I'm looking at 20+

I land almost every crit with taipan, get about 7-9 shots off and it looks like he hasn't lost any hp. Idk wtf is going on.

NGL that's really bad. What roll do you have on your Taipan and are you using surge mods?

Oh I know it's terrible. My taipan is crafted for raid (tt + firing line). The surge mods, if I can I'll have them but there's not always orbs around.

If you can, switch out firing line for frenzy for now. Use reaper or empowered finisher to get armor charge if possible as well.

I got past Akelous, got to the room before last boss, and then got Contacting Destiny 2 Serves and got booted to orbit
