No you can only have one debuff at the enemy
So if you were to hit them with a debuff nade which is 15% it’ll get overwritten by the tractor which is 30%

I’ll dm you a link. In general, there’s one global buff and one global de buff that can be applied.
Like lonewalker said, tractor cannon will override a weaken grenade because it has a larger debuff. Whatever is highest will take priority.
But some things can still stack, like gun perks can stack with global debuffs.
If you’re fighting a barrier champion, you can use arby to proc disruption break and someone can apply tractor debuff and they will stack

This is kind of right. You can have one team buff. Most often its well. One debuff so a teather or a tractor and whatever weapon perks you want will activate
