I saw someone say you could pull and dismantle lunas howls after buying it from the monument and dismantling it would give the shader, does anyone know if this is true? Alternatively how else could I get this shader?

apparently the loot pool in dares includes very old crucible weapons, and there's a chance to drop old shaders with them
but i am never going to play dares to verify it lol
