well you are comparing 2 different scout frames with different element, trustee is a 260 while doom is 180 both are good depending on what you need them for
trustee has for example incandescent or dsc perks like reconstruction or recombination, doom can roll with double damage perks of explosive payload/frenzy or a supportish combination of adaptive muntions/repulsor brace
if you can and want try to grab both as they both are very solid scouts
