Sure, but what I'm asking directly is "What is completing the campaign?" is it launching each of the missions off of Neomuna node and completing them?

Auto-completes the Lightfall campaign and unlocks Strand
Grant associated rewards
Lifts you to the current soft cap (1750 for Lightfall) so as this happens then just do your normal weekly/ pinn and strand medallions to get rest of strand

I vaugely remembered getting them as part of a 'complete mission -> go see nimbus' sequence quest, not after, but during the campaign.

I thought those were all part of the zero to hero questline obtained after?
Iterative loop is one of these too, can also get them through the heroic patrols

Since the character boost will add armor and weapons to the player’s inventory, players should make sure that their inventories have room for the new gear. Otherwise, it may be sent to the Postmaster.

That's alright and appreciate the q&a, I think for now I'm going to go through: titan campaign to see what happens. Worst case I play some games, best case I get a pattern.
