quick question. is a trash roll on fallen sunstar worth using over a god roll crown of tempests (and I mean a GOD roll - 70 stat roll and GIANT spikes on resil and discipline)

Its preference really, id go with crown because it looks cooler.
If the stats are that much worse on your fallen sunstar, just go with crown and youll have a good life.

Try both out. To me fallen sunstar definitely wins over crown, you can take fallen into a GM and be perfectly fine
In normal content you can pair it with coldheart + arc surges and it's super fun
Crown of tempest requires being able to chain kills so I'd say in higher end content it's not the play
