Yes, its really bad tho
Usually the guy your shooting dies before activating kinetic tremors
It's not good and even if used on a super or welled enemy
You'd be dead before you trigger it
Avoid it
The requirements for kinetic doesn’t change for pvp
So for pulses its 4 bursts and most pulses kill in 3 bursts
