is it possible to get it consistently with hunter, i have trouble pushing the minotaur off before he breaks out off stasis

You can try a disorienting grenade launcher. You can push the Minotaur faster but it will be able to move on its own more

Otherwise, I don’t think there’s anything that makes it specifically easier on any class. I normally do it on warlock with a disorienting gl
