I got the Platinum requirement last week and this week but the left platforms are still gone. I was able to claim them all once last week but for some reason disappeared and hasn't came back since.

Yeah it’s some sort of bug. I was able to relight all of them except the bronze pvp one. If you did the full quest for the week, you could try lighting them on another character
