Not really, but it's better than random armor. You get rolls in like the 59-62 range, when it used to be 64-68.

Aside from grinding dungeons, be sure to check Xur’s armor each week since sometimes he has smth that’s good (but it’s inconsistent af)

Check xur anyways. Next season you will be able to make red borders from scratch so buying 5 of a legendary that can be crafted is a great idea for next season prep

Dungeons for sure. Do final bosses. Master mode if you can handle it.
