if I run dungeons and keep playing one over and over can I get new drops or just same stuff new rolls?

Currently, spire of the watcher and prophecy are farmable. Spire will be farmable both this and next week, until the new season launches and a new dungeon comes out
Prophecy is on the dungeon rotator, it is farmable for this whole week. Next weekly reset, it will no longer be on the rotator and then grasp of avarice will be instead
Grasp will be the new farmable dungeon for that week.
