For sure join a Sherpa run, even if you have done the raid and it was a long time ago. Sherpas are as the name implies guides of the game, and most are patient
They will work with you to have you do mechanics, and help you learn from mistakes
Even if you’ve done the raid a few times, it’s totally fine to ask someone doing a Sherpa run to tag along to help out.
Just make sure they know that because some sherpas will only take new players to the raid to get emblems or in game stats.
Depending on when you’re online and what raid you’d like to do, I do somewhat consistent Sherpa runs. Have a good team that understands it’s just a game at the end of the day and we all want to have fun
