ive done like 20 of these wellsprings and havent gotten 1 to drop for me yet. You can do them on any character and get all of them right?

you can buy them from the evidence board if you have finished the exotic quest for your first exo glaive

it feels so bad to be at a lower rank then people who cant solo a dungeon

Also make sure the activity says you can get the pattern

Because it might be unlocked already to craft

I say it by personal experience

then youll just have to wait for exotic ciphers or farm the remaining dungeon/raids for missing exos
