cant see the phoenix's ascent bond ornament

after having the bond in my inventory and going to the appearance customisation and going over to my bond ornaments i still cannot see the phoenix's ascent. Yes i have it in my collections too

yeah it doesn't seem to be transmoggable. probably to make sure there aren't issues with receiving medals with it on as an ornament
