What’s easy way to get this and with which class and which strikeIt needs 9 kill streak with threadlings, tangle and/or unravelling rounds

I am trying and always ending up with strand expert at max

Warlock with threadling grenade and the threadling boots. Charging the grenade then using rift should spawn 8 of them.
