Hezen Vengeance is good for rocket dumping with a triple swap rotation (requires dex mods)
rocket, nade, rocket, gl, nade (if available), gl, wither, repeat
gl ideally is spike + alh + demo
The main downside of hezen is not having a dmg perk, but you get to dump all 10 rockets quick. It's only worth using if the dps phase is the right length to dump all 10 rockets with no extra time (oryx, persys)
