I know Aztecross did some sort of damage test with it and it performed very well, but can’t remember if he did stuff that wouldn’t take it reasonable for normal gameplay.
But I know a lot of people swear by it for GMs and even value raid dps, it’s an easy to use weapon with a good ammo economy.
Just make sure to get the catalyst, that’s what makes it good.

Ovi has been really awkward for so long now. It is theoretically meta but if the damage phase is the tiniest bit off it blows chunks
