into the mission without doing any of the intro in the Gulch. We got through to the end, I got a patternless vexcalibur, thinking nothing of it at the time.
At that point I had not done the prologue of witch queen yet nor unlocked weapon shaping. Which I do have unlocked now.
Now I finally realized I have a bugged vexcalibur, after having gotten all seven of the in mission secrets and getting the first catalyst, which I cannot insert into the weapon.
I went and did the intro bit in the gulch and started the mission through that. Still no pattern. Does anyone know how to fix this so I can craft the shaped vexcalibur?

reddit post says this "Pull it from collections after you’ve done the WQ missions and unlocked The Enclave/crafting, then you’ll get a red boarder version you can extract the pattern from
