Check your voice chat output and input settings in Audio.
Check to make sure you have push to talk on a correct key or disabled
On your pc, try disabling sound sources you aren’t using.

if you are referring to voice chat built in to game, don't bother it doesn't work right for 95+% of player base

that's super unhelpful it does work for 95% of the player base u just need to try a few different things to get it to work

99% of the time it's windows setting default communication device differently than default device
Check sound icons in sound settings/control panel, if you see a green check AND a green phone handset this is the issue. Select the device you want and set default until just the check is there.
