So say I want the cloak from spire of the watcher and have all other items from the dungeon. If I complete it once and don't get the cloak to drop, if i run it again can i still get the cloak to drop?

Or will I only get what has dropped previously?

secret chests only drop unlocked loot

so you can potentially get it on a second/third/etc run from the appropriate encounter

if you're after the class item that's the goldfish encounter (or possibly boss too? not sure.) if boss does drop I know that the goldfish is better odds

According to blueberries.gg, the hunter class item drops from the 2nd encounter (harpy boss). General consensus is that every cowboy hat item has an extremely low drop rate.
