I like to farm the opening encounter for Grasp of Avarince for patterns and catalysts, make sure you are using a void energy primary so you can get heavy easier

the opening for grasp is way worse then shuro chi

A the wizards are annoying

B burdened with riches kills things, can kill you and can halt the encounter

And the xp from the enemies is less than the ones from shuro chi

I did most of mine in Dares. You get unlimited heavy, lots of enemies, and some actual loot at the end.
