most of the time they have d2 dlcs for much cheaper than steam

like 30th ann is like $9 USD

basically you buy a code that you input into steam to redeem the dlc

Lightfall and Beyond Light are probably the ones you wanna get

highest priority is lightfall annual pass and 2nd highest is legacy pack

but lightfall priority drops if you buy regular
