Can i farm the VoD to get forbearance or do i only have one shot/week for the raid?

if VoW is on rotator it can be farmed from encounters

you get 1 red bar chest per week and can purchase 1 for spoils (per account? or per character? unsure as I only play 1 char)

if it's NOT on rotator you can still run the raid, and cross fingers for drops (as well as red bar chest) but it cannot be farmed
