destab literally has a cooldown and you wouldnt run this thing on any other subclass because why would you? its not gonna benifit from void surges when the gun itself is a bad primary weapon

By the time you move onto a new group of enemies the cooldown is done anyways so it doesnt matter that much. Ive never had a problem with it and neither have my friends. What content are you running that you cant use it?
