I've leveled up my Briar's Contempt all the way to Lv. 17 and need help with choosing the best perks to use for it.

Currently need suggestion for either:

  1. +10 charge time or +10 reload frame.
  2. enchanced battery (6 bullets, 2.6s reload) or ionized battery (7 bullets, 3s reload).
  3. Recontrusction or Rewind Rounds on the third slot.
  4. Focused Fury or Frenzy on the fourth slot.
