I've gotten all five collectables, both secret chests, cleared the raid on master, and just did the red border chest for the second time. I'm only at 9/10. What am I missing?

not sure if it's red border chest or clears, I'd say run a boss cp and see if you get it, if not next week redbar

or check your clear count, if less than 5 total then I'd try the cp first before rb chest
