There we a bunch of incorrect triumphs that got added for some reason, like glaive pulse and something else counting toward the gild.
That meant you could skip some like the invader kill one. The update fixed that, so the incorrect triumphs are gone.
Same thing happened to me, they fixed the unintentional additional triumphs that have never been a part of the gild before.
