Having difficulty with some of the “GAMEBREAKING OP LOADOUT! ABUSE NOW!” loadout I found on YouTube for gms. 99% sure it’s a skill issue but on that off chance what y’all running as hunter? (Or warlock)

Warlock: Starfire Protocol Build + Osteo Striga + some special GL + Hothead
Osteo Striga acts like witherhoard to a lesser degree of free dmg, but I find it to be more AOE useful since poison spread while witherhoard is more of a stationary thing. also infinite ammo

your warlock build is so bad

sometimes you run a machine gun

#

rockets are garbage in gms (except if there's a gally)

I was able to consistently farm proving grounds in 13 minutes with the weapons I posted

strand hunter has a ton of cc. ran with 2 starfire locks and me on strand hunter and we gilded conq in the first 24hrs.

shackle nade counters unstops and technically barriers (which 90% of the gms this season are unstop and barrier).

i mainly do gms with one strand suspend build titan and two starfire protocol warlocks, usually gets the job done in 20mins

I’m currently trying to get my titan to finish lightfall cuz strand titan looks fun, but then I’d have to switch off my action war rig with sweet business and as far as I’m concerned that’s basically heresy

But ya, I’ve been using strand for it and done alright. I’m feeling like it’s a skill issue in the part of one of my friends but I don’t like to blame others for things I could be doing better in.

We died in the boss room last night and score was me with 98k, a friend who’s been playing off and on for a few years with 106k and my other friend with 78k lol

for hunter I was running strand with shackle grenade, and lucky pants with malfeasance. Pretty much melts champs

Strand hunter w/ aeons or sixth coyote

Frostees stasis, Omni void, Orpheus rigs + wishender tether spam

#

The last is really nice, you get an instant tether back cus wishender gives more super regen than usual and tether procs that on all targets

#
